Manifesto

No one owns the wine that comes from the land

We do not make wine. We tend it. From the subtropical coast of Buknari to the 850-metre mountain vineyard of Nigazeuli, our family tends a tradition that survived 264 years of Ottoman rule and never left these valleys. Twenty-five buried qvevri (clay amphorae sunken in the cellar floor). Ten tonnes a year. Nothing hurried, nothing hidden.
